We've been so busy paying off fired coaches that it appears we are far behind in the NIL game.

But...explain how Bama, year after year, has had so many fewer players leave early for the draft. There had to be something to that, didn't there?

 

As I understand it NIL doesn't come from the university but from advertising

 

Honest question, if you had to draft Stingley or Ricks, who would you take?

I'd take Ricks. He at least played hard up until the time he transferred. Stingley, haven't seen him play well since 2019. The 2020 Bama game was particularly bad for him.

I don't know how that works but with NIL I am pretty sure college kids are going to look like NASCARs pretty soon.
