Jammal Brown was named a starter and he didn't go (had minor knee surgery). There is nothing that says you HAVE to accept an invitation to the Pro Bowl.
I thought that you had to have a legitimate excuse. I was wondering about not seeing Rivers play. I know the NBA expects all elected players to show up, injured or not.
