not him according to my eyesight. newports? youd be hard pressed to find anyone in the hood smoking a different brand.

they cant tell what type of pistol it is from a picture that you cant even tell if its a pistol. the article is a bunch of nonsense except for the huge fact? the cop pulled them over thinking they were armed robbery suspects. but hell im not inclined to believe that after all the reaching above. odds are the cop never said why he pulled them over so she was guessing knowing they hadnt done anything.

the cop thought it was him mostly because of a wide nose. well now. thats about as common as the newports. if that was him he'd have a record. He was not a thug but he kept this town afloat with the money he paid on tickets.

In Ramsey County, where Castile lived, Castile had the following traffic offenses on his record, according to a search of Minnesota criminal and petty court records:

    1. Violate instr permit – dismissed
    2. No proof of insurance – guilty
    3. Basic speed – guilty
    4. Driving after suspension – dismissed
    5. No proof of insurance – guilty
    6. No seat belt use – dismissed
    7. No proof of insurance – guilty
    8. Impede traffic – dismissed
    9. No Minnesota driver’s license – amended charge guilty
    10. Driving after suspension of driver’s license – Convicted
    11. No proof of insurance – dismissed
    12. No proof of insurance – convicted
    13. Driving after revocation – Dismissed
    15. Driving after suspension – Dismissed
    16. No proof of insurance – guilty
    17. Speeding – dismissed
    18. Driver’s license – failure to obtain new – dismissed
    19. Muffler required – dismissed
    20. Driving after revocation – guilty
    21. Operation of motor vehicle after loss of license prohibited – dismissed
    22. Dangerous public road/water – convicted
    23. Driving after revocation – convicted
    24. No proof of insurance – dismissed
    25. Driving after revocation – convicted
    26. Seat belt violation – dismissed
    27. Driving after revocation – convicted
    28. Proof on insurance – Dismissed
    29. Driving after revocation – convicted
    30. Driving after revocation – convicted
    31. Driving after revocation – convicted
    32. Seat belt required – convicted
    33. Seat belt required – convicted
    34. Driving after revocation – convicted
    35. Driving after revocation – convicted
    36. Driving after revocation – convicted
    37. Driving after revocation – convicted
    38. Driving after revocation – convicted
    39. Driving after revocation – convicted
    40. Stop/stand/park vehicle at any place where official signs prohibit stopping – convicted
    41. Expired registration – dismissed
    42. Snow emergency parking restrictions – convicted
    43. Stop/stand/park vehicle on any street/ally, at the same location, for more than 48 consecutive hours – convicted
    44. Abandon motor vehicle on any public/private property without consent – convicted
    45. Stop/stand/park vehicle on any street/ally, at the same location, for more than 48 consecutive hours – convicted

Thats actually 51 violations-some are multiple. So they must have pulled this guy over daily and known him to be non violent. Maybe he made a wrong move. Gonna be hard to disprove even if the asian dude lies about what happened.

In Dakota County, he also had some traffic offenses:

    46. Driving after suspension – guilty

In Hennepin County, Castile had these violations:

    47. Driving after revocation – convicted
    48. Display altered/fictitious insurance card – dismissed
    49. Driving after revocation – convicted
    50. Seat belt required – dismissed
    51. Uninsured vehicle – convicted
    52. Driving after revocation – dismissed
    53. Seat belt required – dismissed
    54. Impromper display original plate – convicted
    55. Seat belt required – convicted

I bet me and all my white friends and family havent been pulled over this many times collectively. there is something to this white privilege.

IN the small town of Amarillo, in 2013, I was pulled over 5 times in 1 year. Im white, was pulled over by a woman cop 4 of the 5 times. Maybe she just wanted to cuff me. :)

55 is a lot. However, some of that shit cops can see from their own vehicle. Like most cops, I am sure they can run the plates before they get to your window. If a cop ran mine and saw 54 stops or whatever the hell number it is, I would think they would be predisposed to some type of issues are about to go down.

Though, it does suck to be pulled over for being black because of a black robbery.

Or maybe, the video shows a guy most cops know as evidence of the 55+ stops.

look man, if you want the hillary defenders to be objective you have to work it both ways. He got 55 citations means he was pulled over probably every other day of his fucking life.

run the plates for what? they simply pulled him over any time it was him. they know this guy better than their own family unless this was some newbie cop which id say he sounded green as f. and the black chick didnt call him by name so its likely.

one thing is for sure. you cant even tell if thats a pistol much less the make. to me that makes this slanted article worse than the ones saying he was a good guy. because he still looks like a good guy to me.

My response was to Sunnjim if that tells you anything. He/she is never objective. So I returned the favor.

OF course the article is slanted. Just as slanted as BLM, Obama, #Killory, etc.

I don't believe I could afford the insurance if I had all this offenses.

Dam JUST DAM. And I thought this guy was on the up and up. That's why BLM idiots (this includes the dumbass in the whitehouse) and black leaders need to wait until the facts come out and not immediately go to guns.

Look the guy has 55 driving violations NONE FOR ANYTHING ELSE!!! There was ZERO reason to see him as potentially violent. If the cop looked at his record you would think Castille knew and played the game of traffic violations so was NO threat. This apparently a total fuckup by the cop.
Alton in BR is a different case IMO. The police had been called in on a weapons report and he had a record of violence. He had been tazed and was still resisting. I can see them being much more cautious. It is still difficult for me to accept the need to shoot at that time especially 5 times. Though without knowing what was happening with his hands and the gun I give them a slight possibility they needed to shoot.
In most of these cops killing blacks cases I think it's more poor training and preparation is the primary reason these situations result in violence. I can't believe these police are looking to execute blacks. That is no excuse and from these recent shootings none should wear a badge or hold a gun in a position of authority. As I said in the 2nd amendment thread it is the responsibility of the gun owner especially a law enforcement officer to be careful and only use deadly force as a last resort. It doesn't appear to be the case in either BR or MN.

First, unless he had a gun in his lap. He does look like the guy in the screenshot holding up a store. Second, if they stopped him THAT many times and didn't kill him till the umpteenth time, you think they were hunting him? Maybe the do like deer hunters and let the yearlings go until they have bigger racks?

Well I guess not. Only fools are thinking that. If they wanted to do that they wouldn't do it with a body cam, etc. ESPECIALLY with the unfair shit that has transpired over the last few years, I imagine it's getting dangerous to be a cop cause they have to be more hesitant- which can cost.

i wasnt referring to any one specific response. If you were objective, youd have noticed the discrepancies. but its ok, i most often am.

what facts. I think i made it clear nothing much are facts here.
