Braves vs. Mets (Series Begins Tonight)

i will be heading out there in a couple hours. looking forward to it.

 

i envy that.

i think the Braves will take 2 again, but these teams are so evenly matched that no one really knows for sure.

seriously though, why can the mets not beat the braves this year? like that is not me bragging, what is the deal? the only guy who had done it all year was perez and he got hammered today.

 

i dont really believe in the theory that one team has another team's number, i just think that if you are gonna lose 45% of your games, or whatever good teams lose, it could be to anyone. the mets lost to the braves for the same reason they lose to anyone.

 

you have to admit that Francoeur is far, far improved. he is lights out this season.

for you guys's side, not having Beltran hurts.

they said he may come off tomm. for the national league's sake, i hope he does.

 

i just hope that beltran's return doesnt put red-hot lastings milledge on the bench. green should ride the pine for a while. and loduca should take a week to relax as well, let castro hit some more dingers.
