Mike Golic was on ESPN bashing Meyer for lack of a punishment. Everyone thinks this is a joke, and more publicity is needed. Golic did say that occasionally in a situation like this, the player must deal with the strength and condition coach at very early in the morning on Mondays and Tuesdays in order to serve a strenuous punishment, however I doubt that this would be the case.
I agree with him, he said the same thing when Blount dropped that Boise kid too. But he was talking about the Boise kid's punishment. But if you think Meyer is going to do anything other than that to Brandon Spikes don't kid yourself, this dude has a history of dirty play, and punting balls, starting fights, disrespecting fans, and opposing players.
