This kid looks like a great 5 star CB according to Scout.com. how much do we need his services and would he play as a freshman. he says LSU and Ohio St are the top 2. http://recruiting.scout.com/2/717660.html
Ohio State (1/11) and hometown Miami will receive two of his three remaining visits, and maybe Wisconsin, he doesn't have a "Final list" yet and told rivals he needs to get working on it (1/6). Also reported by rivals that LSU, Ohio State and Miami are sure to make his final cut. He's a four star with rivals. :thumb:
Depends on who you listen to scout has him at 5 and the article says, his top 2 are playing tonight in the NC game.
Well I like your source much betta so I'll go with yours. I just know Parso or TB3's gonna just wreck ma day though and say it ain't so- or that dam vball's gonna say USC's in the mix now, too.
:geaux: :crystal: :helmet: Don't we have 4 db's comitted right now? I know Harris is a 4 or 5 star according to previous posts and is obviously a great prospect, but do we need another db? I would rather see another defensive lineman or two, an offensive lineman, linebacker and/or running back. No disrepect, but I don't see where we would even need another db.:geauxtige :champs: :LSU231:
:geaux: :crystal: :helmet: Not really sure about Bryant. I've read several posts that say he chilled on LSU after PJ comitted. Just seems like 4 db's is enough. We've lost several offensive linemen during the last year or so due to injury's and suspensions and depth is an issue. We are lucky this year that the line stayed relatively healthy. Also, in CLM's first class, the only OL we got was Ciron Black and we've been short on depth ever since. Just think there are more critical needs to address before taking another DB.:geauxtige :champs: :LSU231:
I think with two safeties playing nickle and dime it's obvious that we need CBs. We have a pile of D-linemen with a couple good ones coming this year and more good ones coming next year. We need O-linemen, Linebackers and cornerbacks and maybe a running back. We have a couple of very good RBs coming in next year as well. Isn't this the same Harris kid that played in the Under Armor game Sat? If so he had a good game.
My initial thought is that it's hard to have too many DBs. At worst you just have amazing depth at key positions and great special teams players. If a third string CB for us could start for most other D1 teams, that just means we will have super sick punt and kickoff coverage. Or am I missing something?
