It could. But we know what Jennings is. We don't know that with Harris.

    Catch my drift?

And frankly. One bad game or a fee bad series isn't enough to pull him after what we saw with Jennings.

We have 2 starting qbs with good vibes coming into this game. Dak played out of his mind last year, rolling us up in our own stadium. I think he threw for close to 300 and ran for 100. Theres a good chance he's going to play well on his home pasture.

Harris got thrown in with 3 minutes left and threw 2 tds in less than 30 seconds. And launched a pretty good hail mary on the run at the end. Pretty sure he feels like if he had started, the outcome would have been different. Les will start out coaching scared playing hide the qb which is probably best for once, b/c 6 is probably going to be freaking out.

throw some screens, some quick hitches, qb draws and let him get busted in the chops getting him comfortable early. then let him air one out.

this likely isnt going to be an easy game due to that one positional difference. however that plays out may determine who wins. Meaning if we have to play both jennings and bh a half, its not a good sign for us.

need to start finding some stability at the qb position if we are going to succeed this year. And it may as well start saturday.

Can someone tell me how many did state lose on their oline that mauled us all game long. Pretty sure they lost at least 3 but im hoping 5.

They lost 3 offensive line starters. Tackle Blaine Causell, Center Thugnificent Dillon Day, and Guard Ben Beckwith. They lost their tight end, 2 starting receivers and I thought they lost Robinson but it was Griffin they lost at tailback.

glad the center is gone. they ran up his ass all night while welter ran the other direction. I still cant believe that guy was in over beckwith.

things that give me hope for 6:

had to scroll through the video to refresh my memory.

    throws @

1:04:40 this one just because it almost takes quinns fingers off. which was his first pass of the night.

    1:06:44

    1:11:00

1:17:14 (this was the one i remembered most from the hash to the opposite sideline which is a crazy throw for a college qb)

4 impressive throws power and touch which is something aj has lacked thus far. hopefully we see more of this in a couple days. the talents there but so is the freak out factor.

The first TD to Dupree was a pretty throw. The 2nd a good DB would have picked it. He does look more fluent, and like a far better talent than Jennings. He got happy feet, but again this was his first real action last year. I hope he is the real deal man.

In all fairness, Harris went hero on their 2nd and 3rd team players. 1st team was taking their cleats off while Harris was dusting off his cape. They started tying laces back up once the shit got real.

A throw is a throw. I was impressed with Dan Marino in a made for TV NFL quarterback competition when he made perfect passes to a moving wooden target downfield.
