I think he will in do time. I am sure Mett didn't have that freedom his first few starts. It all boils down to CLM's philosophy of playing not to lose.
When I first saw it, I was wondering why Harris was being so open regarding our game plan and in game adjustments. That should always be something that you keep close and give vague responses to. I don't care how predictable your offense already is. Not sure what difference it truly makes, but why would you tell upcoming opponents that if you show blitz we will check to a run play opposite the side you are showing blitz. Just wouldn't be smart.
There is no way he has the authority to check to pass plays, and from what I read, even when he does check to run they wait for confirmation before snapping.
It's easy, there were no adjustments offensively. Run Fournette left, run Fournette left, run Fournette up the middle, and punt. Throw in a few third and long pass plays.
quiet down, dumbo. you look more stupid as this goes on. i told you to keep our sex life out of this. Harris cant check out of a hotel with cam's permission. Much less a pass play.
Georgia also doesn't have a QB making his second start ever on the road as a first game of the season...
This will bite them in the ass later. If a defense knows it can force you into a play call, Alabama will eat that shit up.
You do realize we had a better time of possession right? They ran more plays, but their scoring drives were like 2 minutes or less. Lots of hurry up no huddle. Our starting DT's also played like 70 snaps because of that, and because of the quick passes, it negated our pass rush that worked so well in the first half. And another thing... People are caught up in the 14 passes. He scrambled twice. 16. Got sacked once. 17. The screen that he threw at the ground that had a hold. 18. The bomb to Dural called back. 19... Harris says there were more than 25 called... Looking at that, I TOTALLY believe him. People need to relax.
