The D"line Depth showed in the 4th. Basically the only reason State was able to score.

We were tired too. We came out ahead though so I'm satisfied. I wouldn't want to be Arkansas this morning.

Hell I wouldn't want to be Auburn either. They were very lucky, as we were, not to lose. Difference being we were playing an SEC team.

Gator fans must be scratching heads too. East Carolina reached pay dirt THREE times and IN THE SWAMP.

the dbs had stellar coverage until they wore down in the 2h because state ran 80+ plays to our 61. thats due only to our stupid play calling. theres no way to spin this into a good thing. the play calling almost cost us and probably should have.

but les has a horseshoe up his ass still and thats a good thing. there was little enjoyment in that game from mid 2Q on and i enjoy most any football game. ive had a root canal and would take 10 more over ever witnessing that 2h again. that set football back 50 years. theres no reason to call plays like you have the talent of the naval academy. its dumb. but its les miles thinking. I just cant accept it. it sucks. but ill just have to deal. and that sucks too.

We're not NEARLY as consistent as Bama. Haven't been in a while. I would agree that we ARE AS talented though, maybe more.

They are vulnerable. I'm not sold on Coker. He makes bad reads and tries to force the deep ball at times. Their running game is what it always is, and they also can be beat through the air. Stave threw the ball pretty well on them, if by some miracle LSU's coaching staff figure out what this wild thing called the forward pass is, we use that to keep them honest and that will allow Fournette to run against a defense that doesn't put 10 in the box. Plus I think LSU has to use the read option against them. Saban can't defend that against teams that do it exceptionally well.
