man he is terrible, he can't cover anyone without holding them. He commits a penalty on virtually every play.
The penalties are ridiculous, and his cover skills are average. On the positive side, he is a Captain - and, I think that is voted on by fellow players.
Can you believe this guy is a team captain? He could have made the tackle on the long touchdown run and chose to take a cheapshot at another player instead! http://www.nola.com/saints/index.ssf/2015/11/did_brandon_browner_avoid_a_ta.html#incart_big-photo
So, they would have just scored on the next play instead. (I hear what you're saying. I'm just being facetious)
Since the Saints are out of it, I'm adopting the Cardinals as the team I'm pulling for the rest of the way. 12 of their 53 man roster are from SEC schools; including the 3 former Tiger standouts on their starting D; which is 3rd best in the NFL. Side note: For all of the talk about how we can never recruit LBs, there are 3 starting for NFL teams right now. (Kwon, Riley, and Minter).
Detillier said tonight that Pro Football News ranked Riley the worst starting ILB in the league for the first half of the season. Of course, he looked like a frackin' Pro Bowler against the Saints.
Can't remember where I saw or heard this, but right now, Tom Brady has a QB rating of 112, which is better than Drew Brees in his best year ever. An almost guaranteed MVP season. Saints opposing QBs this year have a QB rating of 113.
