Coach O has done a fantastic job with the D line. No Glenn Dorsey or Marcus Spears types but we already ser a huge improvement in the pass rush and sack totals over third and Chavis. O is getting the most out of a thin group
Yes there has been an improvement. The talent is not the same. Tyson, Dorsey, Spears, Kyle Williams, Ricky Jean, Mingo, Montgomery, Logan, Lavalais etc........ We blew the line up the middle with the DT's and the DE's were as dominant as any in the country. Its not the same.
Exactly what I said in the post previous. We are recruiting the Dline for next year and the year after. The lack of pressure from the front four has made our DB's and LB's look average sometimes. Which will always happen if the offense has alot of time to throw the ball. The talent at the DB and LB positions is "very" good.
It will not let me type a reply. It just goes to "post reply" which I do and then I edit it. Some type of glitch in the system. So my reply will eventually show up.
Same here, but only on desktop... Even hitting "like" opens up another screen that asks if you're sure you want to like this post... No issues on mobile so far though...
Maybe at DB but it damn sure isn't at LB. we have 2 linebackers that can be depended on. 2. That's not "very" good in my opinion.
We have been spoiled with first, Kwon A., and now Deion Jones. That much speed is almost illegal. Beckwith is amazing. So I know the two you are referring too, and they will be hard to replace. However, it's funny how we always seem to produce someone to take over. I remember talking about Minter not being all that early on, and Beckwith was fair at best.---- Jefferson is the weak link in the backfield, and with Mills back we will be at full strength.
