wasn't the penalty called on a player that was right of the ball being offsides and not against the kicker for touching the ball to early? When they announced the number it was not very clear but I thought he called out something like number 24 or something and the camera briefly showed that player then on the replay I was looking for it and looked like that guy was a step to early so was off-sides. Announcers seemed confused by it and they kinda just moved on from it without any clarification but I was pretty sure that was the call but then again I was at camp and we were kinda drinkin a little and generally being overly loud so there was plenty distraction.
