Vikings coach loses cred in locker room - NFL - Yahoo! Sports This dude is a straight up loser. The only one worst than him in the NFL is Lovie Smith (We're 10-2 with Rex Grossman and he's our starting quarterback).
Jason Cole of Yahoo Sports asserted that Brett Favre actually was turned off by the visit made by Childress in the offseason and was less likely to return because of it.
Haven't seen it mentioned in here yet, but Percy Harvin passed out at practice today and got an ambulance ride to the hospital.
yeah was meaning to update odds in the death pool. Harvin is currently 150:1 for up to a year if you get in now. once the brain tumor is found, however, it's coming off the board. and by the way, thats about as weak of a report as ive seen. favre's ankle really wasnt the issue? thats funny, every insider report said otherwise but this dude knows differently? favres issue was camp. he skips it because he hates it. he was always returning whether he really repsects childress or not. dont always take the bait, isl. espn and yahoo hacks are a dime a dozen and make for fickle followers who grab every headline. just be more like me. challenge everything first. oh and also be smart, funny, insightful, etc. ok just choose 1. thats hard enough for most people.
I deal with migraines on a weekly basis. I'm sure he has been checked out pretty thoroughly so a tumor is probably not the culprit. I'm betting it was some medication he took. A report said he left the field and returned before he collapsed. I've taken some stuff that left me pretty looped at work. I wasn't told of any side effects but it's possible he had an adverse reaction.
This has been a common occurrence for Harvin and I believe almost the exact something happened when he played for UF and was hospitalized a couple of times. Maybe it was some meds though.
Reminds me of the story in Sean Payton's book about telling Favre he wasn't going to shake his hand because he was sick and didn't want to give him the flu and Favre told him to go give it to Childress.
