Just what N.O. needs right now. Lets just hope it is used properly. http://www.springfieldnewssun.com/s.../college/osu/2007/12/20/ddn122107bigeasy.html
Well at least they voted to demolish some of the projects. If the non-contributing residents of New Orleans put as much effort into making the city better as they do constantly bitching, the city may return to what it was 40 years ago. There are still many good people in N.O. but they have to deal with the whining idiots who always have their hands out waiting for more government cheese. It makes it that much more difficult for the caring residents to get the city back on its feet. BTW...we don't need to return the city to pre-Katrina levels. We need to return the city to what it was in the 60's and before. Hopefully the bowls and the NBA all-star game will be a little boost to the economy. I plan to inject a little $$$ into the city on January 7th! :crystal: :helmet:
hmm, sounds like a similar conversation held at our home last night....and we too, plan to do our part,:thumb: for the cities economy over our long weekend
