This is really the point! Expectations have gone up at LSU. Presently, they are not being met. Will Miles be fired, No! But the idea is out now and unless he shows that he is making improvements in the off season, the seat will begin to get hot. After 5 losses last year, he had to make a statement that he was trying to improve thus John Chavis was brought in. Mark my words, this year it will be the offensive coordinator. Miles is publicly taking the blame but there no doubt that there were some closed door meetings with the OC and the Special teams coach and some yelling definitely took place. Finally, do not forget the price tag that comes with Miles. LSU is putting out big money to win the SEC and bring in national championships. At which point do you decide that you are not getting a good return on your investment?
