TCU could not be more shell-shocked. They have gotten entirely too far away from their running game, and their QB doesn't have the arm to win the game on his own. They have 2 RBs that average over 6ypc; they have got to take control of the clock. I really hope they come out in the second half and smash Boise. I really don't want those fools thinking they actually belong in the BCS by winning twice. And yes, these Fox guys are terrible. Could it be more obvious that they aren't used to college games? I'd rather Verne & Gary, and that is a sad, sad state of affairs.
speaking of cowbells.... did any one else notice how chunky many of the heif.... ummmm... girls are on the boise stare dance team? i caught a bit of the their half time show. mooooooo.
Wow. We could be witnessing one of the greatest coaching flubs of all time at the hands of Gary Patterson. His team averages over 250ypg on the ground, yet he's put the game in the hands of Dalton from the get-go. . .and he's paid dearly. I simply can't believe how much he abandoned the running game. Nice punt return. Now jam it down their throats!
Les must be over there directing clock management. Another coach shoots himself int he foot. Unbelievable.
That was a great football game. Still don't think either would hold up week in and week out in a major bcs conference and come out anywhere near undefeated... but this was an entertaining game. I'm looking forward to the Iowa GT game.
