His dad coached 26 seasons earning 15 conference titles. Petrino has a truly great record as a head coach, quickly turning Louisville around into a National title contender, not once but twice, and turning Arkansas around into a contender rather quickly too. He has a phenomenal college football background, and has produced fantastic results as a head coach. I have no doubt that he would quickly produce a juggernaut if allowed to take the reins of LSU.
