WHAT! The Cajun Cannon! 1st to lead the Saints to the playoffs? Oh you done went and done it now girlie!
hebert made the pro bowl and also lit up the usfl prior. debate what he said if you agree or disagree. not whether hes pissed at les for not playing tbob out of spite.
The question that BH asked is fair, we can all agree. The way that he asked the question in the manner of how he asked was incorrect. The media press conference is not the place for that "passionate" type of question. That would be more for a call-in show. I am glad he asked the question, I just wish he would have asked in more of an appropriate manner. A few posters commented that one or a few players weren't preparred for the NCG. How can a player not be prepared if you have over a month to get ready... with No school, or study halls, tests, etc... to get in the way. This was an entire team (coaching staff and players) melt down. There is more than enough blame to be passed around to everyone. :geauxtige:geauxtige :geauxtige:geauxtige
I disagree. More "reporters" need to ask the tough questions because as BH stated, it is what the fans want to know. Les makes damn near 5mil a year, he should be able to handle a few tough questions when he makes dumb sh!t decisions. I think it sucks that most pressers are filled with soft balls being lobbed at coaches. Fire away and take the good with the bad.
Hebert wasn't asking a tough question properly in a press conference. It wasn't a friggin talk radio show. He was lecturing Les on his own personal frustrations. He sounded like a stage Dad who had too many bourbons.
So I was 1.25 mil off. Good catch. When the hell are you going to start pulling down that type of change.
He's still one of us, he is credible, he's concerned about what he saw like all of us, and had the stones to bring it up. CLM brought it on himself and he couldn't answer the question because he has no answer.
Probably was, but I still love it and while he will probably never be allowed into another presser, there should be a room full of people willing to call him out on dumb sh!t instead of just scratching their head trying to figure out that babble that usually comes out of his mouth. Look, bottom line is the truth stings a little sometimes. I'm glad someone got in his face about it that doesn't have to worry about the reprecussions. The sad part is it probably went in one ear and came out the other. It needed to resonate, it didn't and it won't.
