An LSU Tiger on Florida-LSU: Creature vs Creature | Bleacher Report

As a Gator who is hoping this is wrong, Ive said I think the Gators will win Saturday but only by 7 or less. And a Gator win should be viewed as an upset as I view the advantage in LSU's favor, as well as does this article. I disagree with the verdict but there it is. The betting line is down to 7 now as well. I wouldnt be surprised if it continues to drop. What is your prediction on this game? Which QB for Florida favors LSU?

A "timid" Timmy < Healthy Brantley.

No way he goes full bore. It's a mental thing. And does the game plan change as well with much less designed runs (or even optional running)?

didn't realize this but Florida has lost to a SEC West opponent 10 years in a row.

IMO if Tebow plays he will go all out. He's not the kind of player to back off no matter what the circumstance. I'm sure every gator fan will cringe when he takes a hit. Football players have concussions all the time and many are back there on the field the next week. Tebow's had 2 weeks to recuperate. So, if we see Tebow, we see the whole thing.

Now, if Brantley is QB, Meyer might design some things to level his nerves but rest assured that Tiger Stadium is going to try and get on those nerves. I think we have a better shot with Brantley.

That's a pretty good read... LSU plays its best football when underdogs... Miami and Ga Tech in the Chick Filet bowls... 2000 SECCG against #1 UT, and many others... I think DV is too much and Tigers have a big night... the UGA game was a turning point for us... I think we'll be 6-0 when this one is over.
