The law is not discriminatory... the fact that more black people are impacted by it, has to do with crime levels in black neighborhoods not that the law itself is discriminatory.

What I do expect is your acknowledgement that the current CBC, HRC, WJC (her sort of husband) the president and the other usual cast (Al Sharpton, BLM, and their ilk) along with Pelosi, Dirty Harry and the congressional Ds are at best incorrect and as we all really know lying when they are claiming it was a Republican lead effort passed over their heroic resistance.
Have some balls NC call current politics by the libs and Ds as dirty as can be. Don't bail out by saying we don't do it to ours because some of the harshest criticism of the Rs and far right comes from those here on the right.

Stop listening to the conservative talking heads; I haven't heard the first Dem blaming this on Republicans. Quit grasping at straws for something to tax me with....your party is blowing the fuck up and no one else is to blame but other Republicans.

You must not read much. The Washington Post, NY Times had plenty of quotes. Your buddy Billy C said it when he walked back from his BLM speech comments this week. He head of the CBC denied he voted for it. That enough?
As I said don't worry about the Rs as they are imploding focus on the crap people your cheerleading for. The Rs may be stupid but the Ds are scum.

This had me very confused until I realized a mod edited it. I was wondering how in the hell I knew Bill was going to be in trouble before it happened.

I read plenty and not selectively like you. Clinton admitted, very publicly, last year that the crime bill went too far:
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3070823/Bill-Clinton-says-tough-90s-crime-bill-went-far.html
Slick Willy lost his cool the other day when the BLM activists kept interrupting him and went on a classic Clinton tangent. I don't think anyone with any sanity says that the law is perfect....far from it. You are trying to make something out of nothing because with your party on the verge of absolutely collapse you have nothing else to talk about.

What is it exactly about the laws are discriminatory? To say its discriminatory bc it is causing more black peoples to go to jail is not discriminatory it just means that's who got caught breaking said law. Blacks whites Asians Hispanics etc all have the same choice to break the law or not. So again what is it exactly that is descriminatory about it? (Hint unless the law says whites can do it but blacks cannot then the answer is nothing)

I'm not talking about the mea culpa. I'm talking about the excuses the Ds and activists make that it wouldn't have happened except those mean rascally Rs made them. That's a crock of shit. You know it but can't or won't admit it.
Quit deflecting. We're not talking about whether or not the 1994 bill was good bad or indifferent. The whole point of the article was that it was well supported by all and originally pushed for by black leaders who were justifiably horrified and scared by the crack epidemic raging through their communities. Now it's an orphan and those who pushed hardest are running from it blaming anybody but themselves.
If you can't see or admit that then you've got your head so far up the liberals' asses that you'll never see the light.
