What question am I avoiding? You are saying basically people think condoms are a free ride to fuck whomever whenever right? Education comes along with that, but crazy wingnut religious folk just think if you don't talk about, and don't make contraceptives available Jesus will make the problem go away. That's just stupid. Contraceptives, birth control, education, should be made available for all women.
No joke...I am sure I didn't know anything at 10. It sucks but I think it is a sign of the times. My son is 9 and in the third grade and I had to have "the talk" with him about a month ago because the kids at school were talking about sex and I didn't want him to learn about it from his fellow third graders. any decision regarding a minor should involve their legal guardians input. this was a poor decision rendered in the case IMO. Not saying I think a 10 year old should carry a child but the parents deserve to be a part of that process.
See I agree with this line of thinking, I'm just glad it doesn't require a perscription. Common sense from vendors would be to alert authorities if a minor of 13 or younger were trying to purchase, because something fishy is going on. I wonder if that violates HIPPA laws though. This is an interesting subject.
