all i can say as a cowboy fan is... GOOD...

Jeff Fisher, Bill Cowher, Bob Stoops are all more valuable that Bill.

Sorry you lose out on the Cowher sweepstakes. Bill quit a year too early.

Fisher is firmly entrenched in Tennessee. So that's out.

Stoops would make the worst of the NFL coaches coming out of college. He would make Saban look like an NFL genius. Nice try.

Dallas is in a bit of a funk as this is quite late in the process to be forced to look for a new head coach.

We will never know, but I bet anything that Parcells sat down with Jerry Jones and said it's either me or T.O. We all know who won out on that one.

T.O. is the real coach killer, not Mike Vick.

I strongly suggest the Cowboys go young as is the current trend in coaching hires in the NFL. Russ Grimm is an excellent choice (I think he is mid 40s).

I've heard rumblings (nothing substantiated) about the Cowboys possibly trying to lure Payton away from the Saints. What do you think the chances are of that actually happening?

Payton Said in his press conference today that he was under contract with the Saints and he was happy here. Oh wait I have heard that before.......

Payton is embraced here. He doesn't want any of that zoo type atmosphere surrounding Owens. Owens is on the opposite end of the type of player he wants on his team. No way they co-exist.

    End of discussion.

Jerry will get some sort of big fish, and he will pay a bundle for them, whoever they are...

this team is too talented for him to just rent a coach for a couple of years, like what he did with good ole' dave campo...

My bet right now, after calling my people in Dallas is Dan Reeves.

Come on, did you get a hold of Mike Vick's water bottle? Did you?

How about Jim Mora Sr? Let's go for the home run ball of meaningless hires, why don't we?.
