Ohio State fans will bitch but the only thing the Big 10 would want is for them to win, but they wont pick up on that.
The Big Leben can award tOSU a MNC moral victory at the end of the year so they can claim to be co-champions...
I don't see where it matters unless there was an obvious blown call or two that affected the outcome of the game. I didn't watch it, but I don't know. Where there? If not, what could they possibly have to complain about?
I was switching back and forth between a couple games. I didn't see anything or hear the talking heads saying anything about blown calls....Certainly nothing like OU and Oregon last yr. BHD
Not saying I agree, just sharing what their beef was over: Kinda funny that fans are complaining about "Not" having penalties called.....doubt we'll ever see that here eh? :hihi:
I watched the entire game. The only play that comes close to being a "blown call" that "affected the outcome of the game" was the 80 yd run by the Illinois RB on their first drive of the game. Dude totally fumbled the ball before he hit the ground, but it was not reviewed. If it was reviewed, it would have been overturned and would have been OSU ball at their own 20 (fumble went out of bounds out of the endzone). Regardless, I agree that it was, uh, unwise to have a crew that was in the process of being suspended for poor performance calling a game involving the #1 team in the country.
:geaux: Here in Columbus on local radio that is all they are talking about ( the fumble) and the non-review. They say there were tec problems. This is the first I heard about the crew. Hmmmm maybe in the AM that will be the talk on the radio.
