I will be at LSU this weekend for my daughter's high school indoor track meet. If I see any of the uncommitted, I'll try and put them in an LSU trance !:thumb:
Bell is removed from the list based on this article I just read. He can't wait to sign the dotted line on NSD.:geauxtige http://www.tigerrag.com/?p=6061
I saw this article, I was kinda worried about him, but he will be good for the Tigers. He sees the writing on the wall. Do you think we redshirt him?
I think we do with Randle and Benton coming in to go along with the guys like Deangelo Petterson who redshirted last year. BTW, the reason he won't make the visit is because of basketball and he might come in on the 30th instead.
I don't think DeAngelo Peterson redshirted. Tolliver, Tim Molton, & J. Taylor all redshirted though. Bell will have a tough time beating those guys (and Randle/Benton/Calhoun) out for PT, but the PT is available.
I think you're correct about Peterson. So we should line up LaFell - SR (WR) Toliver - JR (WR) Randle - FR (WR) Benton - FR (WR) Peterson - SO (WR) CMitchell = SR (Slot) Shepard = FR (Slot) Holliday = SR (Slot) Calhoun - FR (Slot) As our principles, along with RJ Jackson, Tolliver, Molton, JWilliams and JTaylor as backups. Bell should redshirt. It is possible Benton could redshirt if he doesn't pick up the offense, as we would probably like to redshirt 2 receivers versus just 1. I think Randle is ready to do damage from snap 1.
Peterson played quite a bit on special teams, and he got in at receiver in most of the OOC games. I think he wore #19.
That's right Parso, thanks. I just looked it up and he played in 5 games on special teams and if he played any WR he recorded no stats while doing so.
