    If they gave an award for the "Most Reduction in Butt Temperature" Les would have to be a hands down winner. To start the season on the 'Hot Seat', have the flame turned up to 'Blackened Butt' by mid season and then end up as one of the national positive stories of the year, what a ride. And the whole time he was totally unflappable. Which is how his team plays, they mirror the coach.
