That's still entirely up to CLM. I'm sure "simple battery" still constitutes as a violation of team rules. For the record, I expect Miles to reinstate him as soon as he's done with everything...but it's still Miles' decision when. Felony or simple battery...Miles has suspended/kicked off players for fighting in the past. Remember that TE, Anderson? He was involved in a fight outside a bar in which he "took it to" another individual. There was no arrests when he was shown the door. Again, I don't expect Miles to keep him off the team when he's done with his issues, but don't be so quick to think he's automatically rolling from the courthouse to the locker room just because his charge was reduced to simple battery.
