they are also asking for DNA, and his lawyer isn't playing that game right now. I am not going to say he raped the girl, but i am willing to bet that he is an egomaniac, and add some alcohol, he probably did get a little too touchy with the girl. But everyone is right, he should know better than to put himself in that predicament in the first place.
The fact that the girl fell down and hit her head after the "contact" makes this case much more interesting... Not going to help Ben's case if she was to drunk to know what she was doing. And if he invited her up to the VIP section, which was reported, and got her drunk doesnt help his case. Adding the fact that she is only 20 makes it that much worse.
Didn't she have an exam done at a hospital. They can pretty much tell if there was sex with that exam right? Or is that only if there is forced sex? Either way, I find it hard to believe that she is claiming sex and he isn't. I would imagine we would have resolution to that part pretty soon.
I dont think she is claiming sex as in intercourse, he probably gave her the reach around and knocked her down.opcorn:
lol, possibly, but he is officially on creep status now. Id like to see the picture of this girl, because the last one, was..... well lets just say it wasnt worth the grief he got.
Bradshaw tells it like it is: "I hardly ever went in a club -- ever -- in 14 years in Pittsburgh. Count 'em on one hand. I was petrified of the problems you can get into. And I almost got into -- it's there, believe me. "There's nothing greater if you're single than to walk into a bar with beautiful women, and have them just fill your ego up. And you ask yourself, 'Would they pay any attention to you if you weren't, you know, who you are?' Of course not. Because I'm not that attractive, and neither is Ben. So it's nice that you can do that (Bradshaw flicks his arm, mimicking throwing a football). "But he's got to be careful. Stay out -- I don't want to give him any advice, because he's not going to pay attention to me. [...] He's got an image problem right now. Best thing to do is don't ever put yourself in that position again. When you're through playing football, do whatever you want to do, but right now, stay clean. Stay out of trouble. Stay out of bars. Keep yourself clean." That's sound, if simplistic, advice that Roethlisberger has yet to grasp. I second all of it, except for maybe the part about Roethlisberger doing whatever he wants after his career. Illegal is illegal, if you're an active NFL player or not. What was that bit about Roethlisberger not paying any attention to Bradshaw? Well, as it turns out, they don't like each other. Bradshaw explained: "Our relationship is not any good. When I told him to park the motorcycle, he got pissed. Alright? Then he had the accident. And since then, there's, you know ... he doesn't like me, and I'm learning not to like him." http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/sh...lls-it-out-for-Ben-Roethlisber?urn=nfl,233742 There is a link in the article to the entire interview on this topic.
