I just heard his redshirt was pulled to play JC Copeland at fullback? I can't find a participation report anywhere.

Watched the replay last night and some former lineman (around 270lbs) came in late at FB. Don't remember the name though.

EDIT: I see he is #44, that was him. He is also listed as playing against Mcneese on the LSU website and it's the first time he's played.

Yep he got his audition and did pretty well. Look for him to get in more and more.

Worle is still having hamstring issues and will likely redshirt.

I remember when we recruited him, his quickness really stood out...and the knock against him was his height.

he may be really unbelievable at fullback if he catches on....(and can catch).

Seems like kind of waste to just play him a few downs at FB. Wouldn't mind seeing him moved to DE instead of DT especially with the injury to Monty. He is super fast to the ball.

He is not going to play a couple of downs at FB. Stampley has had some struggles lately blocking and Worle hasn't fully recovered. He showed he could be relied on and will get more chances to prove himself.

IMHO a waste to mess up his RS for a few downs at FB, sounds like a few downs to me.
