So what happens to him when Landry comes back? Sounds like they need to make room for him. ESPN guys were raving about how much energy he brings to the table.
At PF and C, you have 96 minutes. Mutumbo: 15-20 Landry: 30 Hayes: 22-25 Harris: 20 I said it a few days ago, but the 1 thing that never has a night off or a "cold" night is hustle. You can never have too many Landry's, Hayes's or Harris's. B/c Harris is exactly like Landry with the energy. He just is an inch or two shorter. He is Chuck Hayes, except with Landry's hops.
yeah. i expect them to extend his 10-day contract to a "rest of the season" deal, if not a 2-year deal.
Battier held Bryant to 11 of 32 shooting. If Bryant would have shot just 50 percent, the game would have gone down to the final shot. Battier is a beast, defensively. Move over, Bruce Bowen.
dumb fans will say that they made the wrong move by not drafting Rudy Gay, but without Battier, our team couldn't compete at a high level. So I am curious. What will the "what if" or the "but" factor now. It was always "Houston's streak is good, BUT they haven't beaten a top-tier team." That's not the case anymore.
Anybody who isn't taking Houston seriously is being foolish. I heard on local radio here in Florida some numbnutt radio host saying Houston was going to go one and out in the playoffs. Apparently, dumb media won't go away either.
