Unless it was their QB and Left Tackle, then there is no way you should be dominated at home like that vs a team you were favored against. The credit goes to Mr. Mullens. Looks like he has things going in the right direction.
Last year's game was not as close as the score indicated. I was at the game and no one in the stadium was worried about us losing. It was more frustration that we weren't winning by more. I just remember looking back and seeing us beat a ranked(!) Miss. State team in 98', 41-6, when we truly sucked.
Well since we are now moving into SEC play I think Miles (well hope) will open up the playbook a little more and start to show us where we truely are... if in fact we've only played as well as needed to win for our opening schedule. Guess we'll know for sure within the next 3 weeks. But if JJ can not establish a few deep balls to show he can beat them... we're going to be playing a lot of hungry defenses playing their safeties up with their LB's. And JJ starts taking more hits like he did the last few games... and he'll be riding pine injured the rest of the year.
