I did not know about the orange can. I'll give it a shot this week. Probably but pauls also and do a side by side.
I love Tony's! I use it with just about everything I cook. Baked chicken with Tony's is heavenly, for instance. And I love Tony's Seafood, as one of the Pizzolatos is family--his wife is my aunt's (by marriage) sister. They're good people.

Tony's has too high salt to pepper ratio. Slap Ya Momma, and T Boy's season all........ try 'em. They are both made in Ville Platte and I promise they're superior. If you really want to try one, send me an address and I'll mail you one. :thumb: Here's a link to one: http://www.walkerandsons.com/images/SYM-Home-Draft6b.gif
Salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder does the trick for me, but I usually have a can of Tony's in the pantry.
i gotta get some next time i am down. that is my one complaint about tonys. not enought pepper, too much salt. thanks for the tip. i have GOT to move back to louisiana!
There is also a Salt-free Tony's, but that just makes me break out the Mortons box. The More Spice Tony's is just about right. You don't have to use as much, so you get less salt.
