I like Kadron Boone. I think this guy is going to have a solid future. Jordan Allen, and Worle will be my other 2. Boone is just a shot in the dark.

Boone is the most ready to play on day 1.

I agree it is a shot in the dark on which WR is going to step up this year IMO. Word coming out of summer camp is that James Wright might be the most prepared to step up right now but fall practice will be the determining factor. Glowing reviews about Armand Williams as well and has the same frame as Terrence.

it's a good topic, i was interested in reading it. for the record, i have no idea who the best pro prospect is this early in the game... haven't seen any of these kids. now, if we are talking about 2011, kenny hilliard is the one. well, provided that he stays with his verbal to LSU and can increase his speed a bit, but that kid is a bruiser. once he gets into LSU's weight program, the sky is the limit.

Thanks. It was accidentally moved to the Pro Sports Talk board. That's why I said that.

La'El Collins and Freak are too obvious to even include in that category. Hilliard or Landry would be candidates for that honor outside of those 2.

Yes, I agree. 20 time speeds would be more telling.

They should post 10, 20, and 40 times. At this point, however, there really aren't any reference points for 10 and 20 times. Most everyone understands the how fast 4.4 is.

The biggest problem though is how accurate are the 40 times? Not very even with electronic timed 40s.

Saw Reid as a freshman at Dutchtown. I followed them for two games for a sr. project. I saw a regular season and then the playoff win over Catholic. He was so tall and rangy even then, that I had no idea he was a freshman until someone told me. He was a 4-year starter there.

I am really excited for him, and Spencer Ware as well. Kadron Boone and James Wright have me intrigued at the wideout position.

As for the defense, other than Reid, really excited to see Ego in uniform.
