I've been dreaming about a Giraffe Burger lately. Can't decide how much pork to cut the giraffe meat with. It's supposed to be super tasty and very lean. I'm thinking 60/40.
I use baby seal lnstead of pork....more tender. But make sure the seal is properly bled...and discard the clubbed, bruised part of the carcass.
I never got the deer sausage bit. When people offer it to me and say they go 60/40 I tell them I prefer mine 100% of the stuff they put in theirs to make the 60 percent better.
60/40 ground deer makes the best chili. When i'm out i use ground turkey. Prefer that to ground beef.
