    If you’re through Bama and try Big Bob Gibson it’s pretty good but his acclaimed white sauce for smoked chicken sucks (to me). Mine beat his in a company taste test during a company party where I worked in Muscle Shoals. Mine goes equally well on smoked chicken or pork.

    That just doesn't go with bbq in my opinion. Same with chili. I go to a cook-off every year and I immediately put all the white chili samples in the trash.

    white sauce has its place….. way at the end of the line…..

    White sauce belongs on pasta with seafood in it, not on BBQ
