Now that Bernie is making inroads in the Democrat race for the presidential nomination, we should take a closer look at his political philosophy. This article quotes Bernie and examines his ideas and how they would impact the country.
Bernie is an avowed socialist whose policies are more in line with Cuba and Sandinista Nicuragra than the Denmark he mentioned in the debate. In fact the article quotes Danes who contradict his words. Denmark is a fiscally responsible business friendly country that values the same ideas that Bill Clinton employed as president.
If Bernie were elected we would have a worse deficit and depression than W. He might even be a worse disaster than HRC.

I think Sanders is a semi-kook without the temperament to be president, but this is an absurd statement you can't back up. He is a democratic socialist, similar to social democratic parties in Europe, particularly those instituted by the Nordic countries. Nowhere close to Cuba, which is a single party communist dictatorship. Nor to Nicaragua, which has a democratically elected government and the socialist Sandinistas go in and out of office as the elections go.

Yes he is a democrat (small d) and isn't advocating a single party system. As you said more like the Sandinistas.
However the policies he advocates are far far left and not in line with either Denmark or the US. His call to increase spending on social programs, his anti business and anti free trade stances are direct in opposition to Danish policies. Read the quotes from the Danes in the articles. That is the myth he is pushing. His policies aren't Nordic but more South American.
He needs to be pressed for details (as do ALL other candidates particularly Trump). His and their own words will hang him/them.

well, I think this is a stretch and your evidence is anecdotal.

    On this we can agree.

It's better evidence than you've put forth. The article quotes Danes who note their embrace of free trade pacts and fiscal control.
Show me how his anti free trade and the lack of fiscal restraint he allows is in line with Nordic economic policy.

I'm still waiting for your evidence that he is like Cuba and Nicaragua.

Classic Red. I already did point out the evidence. He has praised the Sandinistas and many of Cuba's policies. He opposes all free trade agreements while the Danes rely on them. He is for significantly higher business taxes than the Danes, more like the ruinous extortions of Cuba. He has never been a deficit manager opposing Clinton/Gringrich measures in the 90's and dismissing concerns that his call for increased spending will have on finances.
Your such a Google hawk if you had evidence to contradict me you'd have produced it.

Sanders net worth is only about $300K. That could cover his house and cars and not much else. How is a guy who can't do better than that going to handle trillions of dollars? Still, he is a better choice than the Hilldebeast.

You know I am ready to contradict any evidence you offer, I just haven't seen anything yet except some opinions. I'm not doing the legwork if you are not going to.
