I'm just saying that's the only way I could see a gun manufacturer get sued. If the gun blew up on someone, or malfuctioning lead to someone getting injured. I don't agree with John Smith being able to sue Smith and Wesson because his wife was shot with a Smith and Wesson by a criminal.
