Sorry if I did not say what I meant to say .The 4th quarter is what I want to see them playing , if they are 3 td's ahead I want to see them trying for 2 more .18 and 19 yr old starters . They have played this game since they were babies .They should be grown enough to start , And they are . I am not looking for the perfect game . The pros do not have that either . During the game I am in here I will not pay for view or streaming when I can read about the game 30 seconds after it is over .Mercy I do not have the words I want . Miss State stopped our running game in the 2nd half , LOL, OH ME , Fournette wow he is special. That may not be the right word for him, I admit I know more about guitars then football . But I would like to see a 5 to 10 yard toss pass to him downfield . We may have the passing game it just has not came together yet . If it does , then not only will Fournette by special but this whole team will be .Without the passing game the SEC will be tough , we all know that . Fournette will be stopped , he will be held below a 100 yds Bama, A & M , will be able to do that . If The Gators are as strong as they looked against Ole Miss , they may hold him , . Ole Miss I am not sure they are as bad as they looked .
I have two grandsons one is 18 the other is 20. I was 18 and 19 a long time ago. I was not on a football field I was in a war zone . So 18 and 19 means very little to me at 68 I wish I could go back to 18 and 19 going places I ain't never been .. I worry about the D a bit , but the SEC is now playing West Coast Football, we want to see high scoring games , I miss the 7 to 3 and 10 to 7 games , My youngest grandson walked by as I was opening my 2nd pack of Red Man he said " Goney (Gaknee)) don't worry in the 2nd half they will pull away . They are being nice to them " he was right .He wanted to play for LSU but was to small, he got a free ride to a college in Nashville with his trumpet .He sleeps under a LSU blanket on the weekend here . So like you @ 18 he has a better understanding of football than I do. GEAUX TIGERS !!! All of this rambling when one word is what I was looking for EFFORT

It's sad that asking for better than 4/12-80-1 is deemed asking for perfection. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

It's inexcusable, that's what it is. That's trotting out a shit product. And special teams has not been better.

Take away the drops and you get about 230 yards and 2 TD's......throw in some pass protection and we are still turnover free, there is only so much Harris can do, he can't block and catch for himself.....I think the receivers need to take most of the blame for the passing game. Not to mention Fournette being a freight train that goes for 200 a game, but I ain't complaining.

I don't put it all on Harris, but I do look at what Miles calls a passing game after 10+ years and feel disappointed. With just a semblance of a passing game, what might be and what might have been. I'm not complaining about Fournette either, but he'd be so much better off without the joke of a passing game we field. I believe English class called it a tragic flaw, or ironic pentameter or something.

Oh boy, the water works are turning on - I'm going to go cry about it.
