The thing is, I never thought Harris would be any good and even i can see with my bias that he is very talented and I'd rather have him paralyzed from the neck down than Jordan Jefferson. Jordan was paralyzed from the neck up, with that stupid face and sliver of a brain.

I was drawn and quartered on this board 4 or 5 years ago for virtually the same comment. Hope you fare better than I.

It doesn't help that with the "athletes" (as opposed to scholars) that we love to recruit, they go to the line, look to the sidelines and the staff changes the plays. I hate that crap. It almost always foretells disaster. If we are having trouble with the mental side of the equation, make it simpler not more complex. Line the F up and play football. Just be better than the other guys.

I am just not convince that the mediocrity frequently shown by superb athletes results from confusion at the line.

    Quit blaming Harris and Les.

Our WR were competing against DB's from Eastern Michigan and couldn't come up with the catch.

I would abandon the passing game too if my wideouts kept dropping the ball.

    Pound the rock coach!

    Leonard left - 8 yards
Leonard up the middle - 8 yards
Pass to Dural - incomplete and loss of down
Leonard left - 11 tough yards
Pass to Dural - incomplete and loss of down

His entire issue is his feet. Simple as that, he is making the right reads and throws, but his feet are contributing to poorly thrown balls.

That first throw on the play action boot right to Dupree crossing was pretty though. He throws really well running to the right.

he throws very well when his feet are set, look at the drop backs, he looks sloppy and uncomfortable. But thats a development issue and a rep issue, he cant get into a rhythm and thats effecting the drop back and the throws.
this is not a hard issue to figure out or correct.
will they help him is the questions.

I know they must not practice defense at Baylor practices.

Doesn't mean we can't wish for a more efficient pass game, lest you think the two are mutually exclusive. I sometimes wonder though when you and other pumpers make such obtuse statements.

Don't look now but Baylors defense isn't shaby. Not sure what they have had to face and I guess TCU will be the yard stick.
