Generally not many are taken in the 1st round unless they are freakishly good or have crazy size. 2-3 is good money, but might make kids like Landry or ODB think about pushing for 1st round next year.
Only 12 wr's have been taken in the first round in the past 4 drafts. And I'm pretty sure all of them were very fast or big or both.
I would go. But motivation is sometimes difficult to discern. I fully expect he will be outta here. Likely the best decision.

Fascinating stuff but way too confusing for me to try and post. There can be a huge difference depending on where a player is picked and there is a giant advantage to going in the first round. But nothing like it was when Sam Bradford got $86 mil in guarantees.
Well, if he truly is caught up in the moment, then the end of season moment's have improved since 2011-12 ended, lol, when RR et al were tweeting that they were gtfo. Just trying to point out the positives.
Beats me, I think he's one of the most sure pick in the draft for an SEC receiver in the last 20 years, with AJ Green right there. I think he is better than Julio, I also think he will have a phenomenal NFL career whereas I'm not sure OBJ will be a great receiver in the NFL.
We were discussing this at coffee this a.m. I think he's way underrrated. I think he has better hands. What OBJ can bring in YAC is what separates them the most though.
