He's probably treated like the 2nd coming of Jesus in Boise also. Lets see, i can play cupcakes, get ranked in the top 10 every year, and get treated like Jesus. Or I can be in a game virtually every week, for a fanbase that will run you off if you win poorly. But I may get to play for a national title, maybe, just maybe.

    I'd stay in Boise.

for every Bo Pelini you get a ton of Romeo Crennel's. Don't be so sure that he would work as a HC.

I think Muschamp may replace Richt after this season if they can pull him away from Texas. Many people feel he is the coach in wating once Brown retires.

He is the coach in waiting at Texas but who knows how much longer Brown will coach. Many have said that the only places they feel he would leave for would be LSU or UGA. Although Im sure UGA would be his first choice considering its where he played.

+1 Million....this is what we need right now folks. A change in the OC not the Head Coach.

Wow, you would go after an unproven Muschamp over the genius Peterson.

    Peterson + Chavis = championships

You'd have to deal with Muschamp's OC. DCs that become head coaches often fail to get the right man in place at OC.

:geaux: Exactly!! A lot of folks aren't taking all this into consideration. IMO, Crowton just needs to go and we get a new OC. :LSU231:

:geaux: Don't see it. Chavis had numerous offers to be a head coach and could have pursued those or others but didn't. I'm not so sure he's that interested in being a head coach. Not gonna even address the Fulmer thing. :rolleye33: :LSU231:
