yup thats a lock ... if you saw the harris poll break down of last year they were doing the same for georgia ... the bcs will be the bcs unless there is some confusion, then the humans will just decide to keep everyone happy and the bcs pumping out the money (so it seems)

This is why I was so willing for TT to go to the game a few weeks ago.

I was just looking at Bradford's paw and it affected his control on snaps. Granted it did not lose them a game but it is something that can be a handy cap against a blood thirsty Missou which could be just enough to avoid a blowout. My apologies for generalizing OU as a team for Bradford's buttered up left hand. I am simply over caffeinated right now. :)

You know they talked about that a few years back when Michigan and Ohio State played each other and Ohio State barely beat Michigan. I think it was 2006, because i was at the LSU Ole Miss game (during the michigan ohio state game), when we had to come back to tie the game, and went to overtime. Florida went over Michigan and STOMPED Ohio State, which will happen to whomever Florida plays in the national championship game. Hopefully its Chokelahoma just to piss all over the BCS, and so Chokelahoma will not be considered for this game in the future. Bob Stoops has lost how many BCS games? 4?

I was watching ESPNU and gottfried and that other dude were talking about how Texas should protest and not play a bowl game at all. Which would never happen because of the money thing, but it would be cool to see a major university stand up and protest this bull****.

Yeah I was pulling for OU to lose so that Tech could go beat Mizzou and then create the problem of jumping Tech all the way up to #2, ala LSU last year.

I wanted to see chaos. Well, more chaos, I mean.

Why does everyone keep blaming the bcs for this mess when it's the big-12 that should take the blame?

And by the way, I'm not totally convinced there is a mess. I think OU deserves it over UT.

And don't forget 2 of them were national championship games.

Add a third to that list, and a 5th straight BCS game, and I don't know what the Sooner nation will think of him? Mixed feelings is an understatement.

    The ultimate tease.

scenario. (keep in mind this is if the rules were like the big 12's)

Auburn, LSU, and Alabama were all at 7-1 in the SEC, Bama beat Auburn, Auburn beat LSU, and LSU beat Bama. LSU was ranked number 2 in the polls and Bama was ranked 4. Auburn was at number 1 in the country and because of the iron bowl, Bama jumps LSU and goes to the SEC championship game. Even though LSU's loss came early in the year.

There is no way Texas should be sitting home right now. Texas beat both of the teams that are playing for the Big 12 championship, including Oklahoma.

That's the bottom line right there. LSU fans would be writing angry letters to everybody if it were us.
