Word has it Dooley has been fired... but of course no confirmation. And I know Mr. Johnny Football beat the gumps, but how the fuck do they sniff a BCS Bowl when we and Florida both beat them?

aTm is the flavor of the week, all that atm hype will dye down I do not see how they get into a bcs bowl ahead of florida or lsu either.

This. Suddenly, people have forgotten that LSU beat A & M just a few weeks ago. The realization has not hit that Bama was way over-hyped leading up to our game with them. Could beat an NFL team, indeed.

I think your absaloutley right.....bama was way over hyped especialy their offense, the soft schedule they had early made them look great, when really the two best teams on their schedule showed bama for what they truly are and we thought the would be, young on defense and would make mistakes, also one thing that popped out to me was obviously saban hates the fast paced offenses and now we now why, his defense was constantly confused on where to be and it showed.

A&m is legit. As I said last week, Bama had a real test heading their way after their super bowl with us. That was a tough spot for them with the white mike Vick visiting. Aggies have a couple of guys up front on d that look like nfl players to me. Our win against them is not to be discounted. better get used to that flavor of the week. They are going nowhere soon.

ATM's only problem right now is depth.

If they continue this trend and UT stays down, ATM will be a real contender quick...

Not only that but Saban has trended to bigger linemen and LBs that the pros like. Usually they are slower and not as agile. In standard power football that is the SEC plays it is to his advantage. I think Chief's approach of strong fast agile line and LB corps will be the wave of the defenses in the future. After we adjusted we pretty much shut Jonny F down. Bama never did. We want long quick guys like KeKe & Sam and the Minters, Kwons & Debos made strong through our strength & conditioning program to handle both.

Very true.....and that is also why LSU fairs so good against the so called greta spread offenses is because of our speed.

And if they do, expect TOTAL anarchy. However I do think the A&M koolaid will grow sour over the next month. I still think there are more scenario's where they get jumped in the BCS than them moving up.
