    great writeup by Mark Schlabach

LSU will end up as a 1 loss SEC Champ and it's important we pay attention people, starting now.

There is a very good chance OU and Mizzou will face each other both undefeated for the Big12 title. One of those will make it if that is the case.

Your teams to worry most about going undefeated and possibly sneaking past LSU vs the Big12 Champ are (in order of biggest threat):

    1) Wisconsin
    2) Penn State
    3) BYU
    4) Wake Forest
    5) South Florida

I believe a 1 loss LSU would hold off the following:

    1) 1 loss USC
    2) 1 loss Ohio State
    3) Undefeated BYU (will be mighty close, however)
    4) Undefeated South Florida

I have not made up my mind about the possibilities of an undefeated Wake Forest. They have what appears to be a 5A High School schedule from here on out. That could be there downfall in the end. They would need another ACC team to rise up and be ranked and face them in the ACC CG in order to have a shot.

I agree Wisconsin is good for at least 1 loss, it's just in their nature.

Point being, the games start to matter on a much higher level starting this weekend.

Wouldn't this be a great week for that Rich Rodriguez offense to suddenly come together?

I'm more conerned about Brigham Young, Penn State, and Oklahoma. It's still too early to get a read on the strengths of most teams.
I'm not conderned about Wake Forest. They are in a weak conference that is not respected by the medial.
