notice how the Great LSU D got no play

I don't think they can do it!!

I think Auburn with NO D has a better shot - really

I take our D and I love how this is shaping up for LSU

Now I am so glad the Auburn beat the Hogs!!!!!!!!

LSU beats down Auburn and we will hear that Auburn with no D is not what Bama is!

Bama beats LSU and they are in Atlanta

Well LSU is in a great spot to be in the NC game if they are able to win out even if every team ahead of us (except Aurbun who we must play) wins out. The schedule is favorable for us to jump some teams who don't lose games because of their easier remaining schedule. I think beating Auburn will move the Tigers up to #4. Beating 'Bama will move us up to #3. Winning the SECCG (presumably against a top 15 SC team) should be enough to move the tiegers up to #2 even if the other non BCS schools continue to win. Maybe.

Of course this is all predicated on not losing at all this season which certainly isn't guaranteed. Well, some think it is. Guess we'll have to see how much magic is left in that Hat.

Looking over the Big 12, I don't see any way that they can manage an undefeated team. Their teams have too tough of a schedule with undefeateds going against each other, as well as Texas and Nebraska being tough games.

Oregon has a decent chance at going undefeated, however they still will have tough games @USC, @Oregon St, and Arizona.

Boise St really has a great chance to go undefeated. There's still the small possibility that any team could trip them up. Plus they don't really play close games so a close game situation could give them problems(unlike LSU where every game is close).

Of course they do... they each have 1 QB who averages more yardage in one qtr then both of ours for an entire game combined... its not hard to figure out. LSU will continue to be ridiculed until we shut up our critics, thus far we haven't done that.

I'm just not sold on Oklahoma. The overwhelming thought screaming out of my brain when I think of Oklahoma: "I am just not that impressed with this team."

And I know that a lot of people think that way about LSU (obviously Herbstreit and James are in that club) but NOTHING about this Oklahoma team jumps out and grabs me to make me think, "Wow. They're awesome. I sure hope we don't have to play them."

They have to play at Missouri, at Baylor, and at Oklahoma State down the stretch, and should they run that gauntlet, probably have Nebraska waiting for them in the Big 12 Title Game, so I think that takes care of the Sooners.

Now Oregon, they scare me. I don't know if they drop one this year. Thought Oregon State might be able to do it at the end of the year in Corvallis, but that's in doubt.

I still don't think an undefeated SEC champ gets left out for anybody, least of all Boise State and TCU, so we control our own destiny. Beat Auburn, win out, get to #2, that's all that matters.

who knows what's going to happen, i would usually say that an undefeated SEC team wouldn't get left out but at this point, i just don't know, mainly because the SEC east is bringing the league down.
