Wow! I've been telling people all weekend I felt like we'd be facing Wisconsin in the BCSNCG. I see I'm not the only sharing this sentiment. Only changes I'd make are: Michigan St. instead of Michigan in Rose Bowl, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Boise here depending on the order for selecting at-large participants. Assuming Wisconsin to title game, if Rose gets first at-large choice over Sugar, they might opt for an undefeated Boise instead of second tier B1G team that won't travel well (MSU). Boise will travel well and there is some history/rivalry for a Boise-Oregon rematch. Boise will be ranked ahead of Bama in the Sugar Bowl if they play. And I think Notre Dame eventually implodes this year (losing at least two more) and either Stanford or Clemson gets the Fiesta nod as an at-large bid. I would love to see Boise and Okie St. go at it though... Oklahoma vs. Ohio St. in the Holiday Bowl.
I agree that ND won't make a BCS bowl this year. Clemson would be a good pic. If we make it to the title game I'll buy us tickets to go. Shhhh! don't tell mom tho.
Clemson will drop to GT both times . Michigan will shut down MSU running game , and will make Rose bowl just like alabama is making sugar . Rose bowl is pac 12 and big ten AQ bowl . the only reason TCU got in cuz they hav to hav a @ LRG. team in every couple years . ND will win out cuz there stating to get confidence and Kelly knows hes playing for his jobs . Boise is overated with the exception of Kellen Moore . they only get in cuz of schedule and lose 52-12 aginst Bama in NOLA
I've been on the Wisconsin train for a while now, ever since I saw what Mr. Wilson would be able to do with that offense. LSU vs. Wisconsin is my pick also. Notre Dame is going to lose at least 1 more game and won't be invited to a BCS bowl game.
I think Wisconsin is a good team , im still waiting on them to play a complete team . I saw nebraska having trouble after there game with Washington .
Just wondering, and be completely honest. Did you say before the Nebraska game, "well let's see what they do against real competition?"
Wisconsin has played UNLV , Oregon St. , Northern illinois , and south dakota before the nebraska game . Nebaska has played Chattanooga , Fresno state , Washington and whyoming . they hav the 64th ranked D in the country , which for there competition is horrible for Bo pelini . they gave up 38 points to a washington team that is 66th in the country in offense in Lincoln , nebraska . now they did score 51 on them but washington's D is ranked 102nd .
