We got a 2, then blocked a UVA shot, but they stole the ball :/ We had to foul, UVA going to the line up by 2 18 sec left, UVA missed the second free throw. Our ball, down by 3 after the time out We got a shot off, but it wouldn't go down. UVA at the line, now up by 5. UVA wins 57-52 Good effort, but that extended cold streak really hurt...
Turner had a good look at the last shot to tie just couldn't knock it down. I am getting really excited about this team though. I honestly thing we could make the NCAA tournament this year if we continue on this trajectory.
Damn. Tough loss, but we were right there. I have no other analysis other than I'm glad this team plays hard and keeps me watching every night. Can't ask for much more.
That really sums it up, this team is fun to watch! SEC play cranks up Saturday against Ole Miss, I'm looking forward to a competitive effort this season. :geaux:
