So Tigers got the 13 SEC wins everyone was talking about and now lead Georgia 5-1 in the top of the 7th from Hoover.

Now 6-1. Brasswell has his first 3-hit game as a Tiger.

Final, Tigers 11, Kentucky 0 in 8 innings

Tigers are the first team in SEC tournament history with 2 grand slams in the same game (White, Jones). Braswell homered on the 3rd pitch of the game, and Travinski has homered. Holman with 7 shut out innings, think he only gave up 3 hits.

Edit: Correction, Holman only went 6 innings, but with 0 hits.

I say play the backups and get some experience for the young guys now. we wont host a regional and we are in for sure. I don't see any value in winning this tournament. just injury risk and exhaustion in the hoover heat. play backups and come home and drink Gatorade and relax.

If they feel like their seeding can't be improved with any more wins, this is not a bad idea.

Helluva comeback last night. Still looking for a 3rd starter though. Hurd looked Skenes-ian for 2 innings and then collapsed. Brasswell continues to rake, and a big shoutout to Steven Milam on his 4 for 5 night. Great nights at the plate for Jake Brown and Alex Milazzo as well.

I disagree, they're on a roll, keep the momentum going. An SEC Tournament Championship ain't nothin' to sneeze at. Plus these are a bunch of 18 to 20 year olds, at their ages they shouldn't need but a couple of days rest.
