Disturbing trend right now...All the good SEC teams are beating us (ie Auburn, Ole Miss, Florida, Vandy) and ummmmm UNO. And it is in so many ways...pitching battles, slug fests, one run games, etc. In the immortal words of Tom Petty, Free Fallin'! Is there a chance that Alabama, Miss State, Tennessee, or UGA can pass us up for the final spot in the SEC tourney? Yes I am that worried.
That's sad. a "grown man" getting all excited to catch a ball that he could buy at Dick's sporting goods for $6. Hopefully, next game, he'll do just that..go to Dicks, buy ball and go home and play with it and not cost lsu a game.
now i know someone but some bad gris gris on this team. a "fan" cost us the game. i wont say i hope other fans followed the guy out of the park and beat the ever lovin snot out of the guy. to advocate physical violence would be irresponsible of me. i hope that the game marshalls caught up with him and got some information. like who the hell he is. if he is a season ticket holder, i hope he is banned from any more games this year. yes, i am serious. guy was more concerned with getting a souvenir than the team winning the game. we are lucky dean wasnt hurt.
the dude actually moved a few rows down to try and get the ball. it would have still been tough for dean to make that catch had he not been interfered with, but he was still pretty close to it.
Based on all the replays it looked like the ball was coming straight into his glove and the fan's hands basically covering the glove.
