Had to run errands tonight and every time I got in the car with the game on the radio....the game was updated within one minute. Great broadcasting if this is the trend these days...Keep up the great work team Hawthorne !!!:thumb:. Okie, my rant was more against the way Tulane overcharged LSU fans last year for this game. It's good that Tulane has a competitive team...it's not good that they gouge LSU fans by charging more than the Super regional, while their fans can get advance tickets for regular prices. The Tulane fans I complained to just laughed and laughed at how they were able to overcharge LSU fans for that game. So that's why I wished they would just go home. I'm not one of those LSU fans that blindly hate Tulane...I do resent the way they treated us last year.

i agree with you that it sucks, it's just unfortunate that tulane (even though their fans won't acknowledge it,) doesn't have NEARLY the amount of fans and support that LSU does. that means that they make a lot less money than LSU does... it's like LSU charging more for tickets for certain "marquee" SEC games -- that's just how business works. tulane knows that a lot of people are interested in the LSU - Tulane games, so they charge more. My mom and cousin both bought tickets independently last season for the game at turchin, and they weren't just increased for LSU fans, but for anyone who wanted to attend the game. (including tulane fans.)
