Another victim of the late 90's mascot plague. Unfortunately, a logo for the Binghamton Colonials is nowhere to be found. Binghamton is no Mid-week pushover. The 3-time American East conference champion made it to the regionals last year. Against common opponents, they went 1-1 against Tennessee and 2-1 against Centenary last weekend, the Friday game being a 16-0 win. Weather: clear only going down to the 50's, breezy. No TV tonight. PITCHING MATCHUP LSU - Fr. RHP Michael Reed (0-0, 7.20 ERA, 15.0 IP, 9 BB, 12 SO) BU - So. RHP Aaron Schuldt (0-2, 4.50 ERA, 6.0 IP, 3 BB, 5 SO)
For those of you who wondered, this is an actual bearcat: Its correct name is a Binturong. Not as ferocious as the (hideous) logo might make you think. That logo and Toonces should get together...
Funny, I have that same picture saved on my phone from a BCS discussion last fall. Cincy was the topic of conversation then, and somebody said, "By the way, what the hell is a bearcat?"
dude, i'm willing to bet the firm that made their logo made toonces as well. that's too similar for comfort. and what is it with you and pictures of odd animals? haha. what was the last one? i can't remember... oh well. some kind of panda?
who ever designed that had been reading too many incredible hulk comic books. hulk crossed with furry animal.
7-5 bearcats. i don't know what it is, but outside of our regular starters, we don't have **** for pitching. hopefully it's because they're all young.
